UpholCare is a service platform connecting customers with upholstery repair and restoration shop owners within the First District of Bohol. You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Shop owners who register on UpholCare agree to: (a) provide valid business permits and government-issued IDs for identity verification; (b) accurately represent their services, pricing, and availability; (c) fulfill accepted bookings in a timely and professional manner; (d) comply with all applicable local business regulations in Bohol.
Customers agree to: (a) provide accurate contact and identity information; (b) honor scheduled appointments or cancel with reasonable advance notice; (c) treat service providers with respect; (d) make payments as agreed upon with the service provider.
Bookings are subject to shop owner availability and confirmation. Cancellations must be made within a reasonable timeframe as specified during the booking process. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.
UpholCare collects and processes personal data including your name, contact information, government IDs, and business documents solely to operate the platform and verify identities. Your data will not be sold to third parties. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All users are required to submit valid government-issued identification. UpholCare reserves the right to reject registrations that cannot be verified or that appear fraudulent. Providing false documents is a violation of these terms and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
UpholCare acts as an intermediary platform and is not directly responsible for the quality of upholstery services rendered by shop owners. Any disputes between customers and shop owners must be resolved directly between the parties, though UpholCare may assist in mediation.
UpholCare reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or disrupts the platform's operations. Users may also request account deletion by contacting support.
UpholCare reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Bohol, Philippines.
